Pagham Harbour is an RSPB nature reserve covering over 600 hectares of harbour, saltmarsh, and shingle. The reserve holds internationally important numbers of wintering wading birds and is one of the best birdwatching sites on the south coast. The visitor centre and hides provide sheltered viewing. Church Norton at the harbour entrance is particularly atmospheric.
